Joe's primary role is Service Manager and also helps out in parts as well as sales. Joe has a wealth of mechanical experience with over 35 years of hands on experience. Joe has worked at Mast Tractor his whole life. Joe is married with 4 grown children. 3 of Joe's children, as well as a Son-in-Law, are employed by Mast Tractor. In his down time Joe enjoys boating, working with his horses, and traveling with family.
Jr's primary role is purchasing equipment. When he is not on the road buying Jr helps with sales, keeps the yard in order, and manages the Detail crew. Jr has worked at Mast Tractor his whole life. In his downtime Jr enjoys collecting toys & working with his standard-bred race horses.
Jon's primary role is sales, & he also manages the administration of our company. Jon has worked at Mast Tractor his whole life. In his downtime Jon enjoys traveling with his wife & fishing.
Kyle is Joe's son and is our lead service tech. Kyle has been an "official" member of our team since 2011 but has lived and breathed tractors since he was a toddler. He has extensive experience troubleshooting and repairing all brands of tractors!
Ervin owned and small engine retail shop for 20+ years before selling his business and coming to work for Mast Tractor in 2011. Ervin brings 40+ years of mechanical experience to our team.
Brent is a cousin to the Mast family & has been working with us since 2013. Brent has experience working with internal and external issues on tractors.
Matt joined our team in 2020 and is a valued member of our service staff. Matt has experience working with all sorts of issues and is comfortable troubleshooting & repairing anything tractor related.
Andrew manages the detail crew and is in charge of processing our incoming tractors and preparing them for retail. Andrew is married to Joe's daughter and is an avid hunter in his downtime. Andrew has been with us since 2012.
Nate is a cousin to the Mast Family and has been employed with us since 2018. Nate does a wide array of work including detailing tractors, doing minor repairs & also assembles to Woods & Bush Hog products. Nate works with horses in his downtime and always has a good story ready for us.
Ryan came to work for us in 2021 and has been a valued addition to our team. Ryan works on a wide variety of things including detailing tractors & assembling new equipment.
Joe is married to a cousin of the Mast family and has worked with us part-time since 2020. Joe primarily helps in the detail room and assembles new products.
Shelly is Joe's daughter and has been with us since 2013. Shelly handles everything office related and also helps in parts & advertising. Shelly had her first child in 2024 and is thrilled to be a Mom!
Sara is Joe's daughter and has been employed with us since 2019. Sara handles everything office related and helps with parts. Sara also arranges all of our deliveries for sold items.
Kara has been with us part-time since 2022. Kara is a race-horse trainer and helps us whenever she has downtime. She helps in the office and also helps the detail crew if needed.
